About
The Tempest is a powerful tale of magic, betrayal, and forgiveness. Twelve years have passed since Prospero, the rightful Duke of Milan, was overthrown by his treacherous brother Antonio and forced to flee with his young daughter, Miranda. Cast away to a remote and mysterious island, Prospero has since mastered the art of magic. When fate delivers his enemies near, he conjures a mighty storm that shipwrecks Antonio and his companions on the island’s shores. With the aid of the island’s spirits and strange creatures, Prospero sets his plan in motion, to reclaim his dukedom and seek justice for the wrongs done to him.

AUDITIONS
The audition will involve a group exercise and a solo monologue. You’ll be divided in an hour time slot to shine.

Times: Between 6:30-9:30PM
Place: Ringwood
Age: 16+
Prep: Prepare a (shakespearean) monologue.
Tips: arrive on time, be prepared, be yourself, give everything a go, connect with others and have fun!
